The other day, I managed to break my deluxe sized mug. It was enormous, cost about 10dkk (1,50e), and I brought it all the way from Denmark. Clever as I am, since I don’t have a night light, I turned around and began sleeping with my feed towards the wall. That way I’d be able to read in the light coming from the little light above the stove which isn’t nearly as imperious and dentist-like as my ceiling lamp. However, I fell asleep and in my typical restlessness managed to kick the mug – and everyone else on my night stand – onto the floor. The mug hit the corner of my suitcase and met its maker. Now I’m reduced to using an olive jar for my tea and coffee. Sigh. Thankfully, Mme Pulsa offered to lend me two new mugs, I’ll be saved tomorrow.
